How can I change the email address on my account? Print

Update your account details like name, email address, phone number or address, anytime by following these steps:

Go to your account at https://www.create-learn.us/account.
Select Settings from the menu bar.

Edit the top field where your current email address is. Just delete the current email and enter your preferred email.

After you’ve added the updated details, click Save at the bottom of the page.
You will receive an email from us to verify the changes.

In case you have forgotten your password, click on the forgot password button and follow the instructions there.

Note: It's important to choose an email you use frequently and to stick with it. It's the best way for us to identify your account.
